Basis ist ein validierter Reinraum der Klasse ISO 7 mit Zonen bis Klasse 5 nach ISO 14644-1. The basis is a validated ISO Class 7 cleanroom with zones up to Class 5 according to ISO 14644-1. (Image credit: acp systems AG) Die Medienaufbereitung stellt eine Reinheit des recycelten Kohlendioxids von 99,995 Prozent und die Druckluftqualität 1.2.1. entsprechend ISO 8573-1:2010 sicher. Um die beispielsweise in der Halbleiter-Produktion geforderte Luftqualität zu erzeugen, ist in die Druckluft-Reinstmedienversorgung (XCDA) zusätzlich ein Gaswäscher integriert. Um diesen großen Stellbereich flexibel abdecken zu können, sind fünf LEWA-Pumpen vom Typ ecodos hygienic in die Anlage integriert, die über mechanisch angelenkte mehrlagige Sandwich-Sicherheitsmembranen angetrieben werden (Beispiele anderer Anlagen im Bild).
