Basis ist ein validierter Reinraum der Klasse ISO 7 mit Zonen bis Klasse 5 nach ISO 14644-1. Um diesen großen Stellbereich flexibel abdecken zu können, sind fünf LEWA-Pumpen vom Typ ecodos hygienic in die Anlage integriert, die über mechanisch angelenkte mehrlagige Sandwich-Sicherheitsmembranen angetrieben werden (Beispiele anderer Anlagen im Bild).
