The Dutch representative of Dr. Boy GmbH & Co. KG, BOY Benelux, announces with great anticipation its participation in the Kunststoffenbeurs 2024, which will take place on 18th and 19th September in the Brabanthallen, ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Visitors can find BOY Benelux at booth no. 256, where the BOY XS E injection moulding machine will be demonstrated in operation.

The BOY XS E represents the latest generation of injection moulding technology and offers unmatched precision and efficiency, especially for the production of small plastic parts. This machine, which has been specially developed for the injection moulding of micro and nano parts, is perfect for applications in the medical, electronics and precision engineering industry.

During the exhibition, the BOY Benelux team will show live demonstrations of the BOY XS E, demonstrating the technical advantages and versatility of this innovative technology. Visitors will have the opportunity to watch the machine in action and to learn more about possible process improvements.

With 8 different plasticising units for Thermoplastics, Elastomers and LSR-processing, the BOY XS E offers a large processing spectrum.

With the 8 mm unit, shot volumes of up to 1,000 mm³ can be precisely produced. In addition to micro pellets, it is also possible to process a wide range of standardised materials.

Furthermore a 12, 14, 16 and 18 mm plasticising unit is available, allowing a maximum shot volume of up to 15.3 cm³.
When processing high-performance plastics such as PEEK and LCP, this machine is in no way inferior to larger machines.
