engineering GmbH received the order for planning and building of a
wash and a dryer plant for sterile ampul and carrier containers.
Client is the Pharmaunternehmen B.Braun (Melsungen), whose citizen of
Berlin work is to be equipped with the new plant. The project is
realized within only 14 weeks and already handed over in October 2005.
A similar plant already established M+W Zander in the Melsunger work
of B.Braun. * The ' wash and dryer tunnel ' new plant mentioned
combines two technically contrary procedures: washing and drying
differently large ampuls. These must be cleaned by process water
residues from the pre-aged sterilization. The wash and trockentunnel
up to four aluminum pallets can work on with ampuls at the same time.
To that correspond with scarcely four meters height, six m and 1.5
meters width the external dimensions.Among the project extent also the automation technology ranks to the
automatic transport of the aluminum pallets in the wash and
trockentunnel.. The new plant for citizens of Berlin the work of
B.Braun is a folgeauftrag of a large-scale project locked in the
Melsunger B.Braun work in the previous year for the production of
hochvolumiger infusion solutions and filling after boarding school
internat. safety standards. B.Braun (_ www.bbraun.de _) with seat in
Melsungen/Hessen supplies the health market world-wide with products
for anaesthesia, intensive medicine, Kardiologie, specially corporale
blood treatment or surgery as well as with services for hospitals,
established physicians and the Homecare range. With nearly 30,000
