M+W Zander complains because of infringement of a patent

The complaint is directed against the Korean enterprise Shinsung engineering CO Ltd. as well as against the US companies Gordon, Inc. and Gordon Sales, Inc.. after data of M+W Zander the enterprises in the USA - and there particularly in Texas -, a patent-protected mounting system developed by M+W Zander for the installation of filter fan units in grid ceilings for pure areas marketed.
