The ZETA Group has established itself worldwide as a highly competent partner in implementing large-scale biopharmaceutical projects. The sustainable expansion of the team at the Moscow location now makes it possible to offer targeted services for Russian pharmaceutical and biotech companies, particularly in the area of general planning.

Time and costs are the two central drivers in implementing large-scale biopharmaceutical projects. As a general planner, ZETA brings all planning disciplines under one roof and thus shortens the time-to-market for vital active ingredients. Building architecture, building services and electrical planning are directly customized to the demanding requirements of the biopharmaceutical industry. ZETA's dedicated and experienced EPCM teams (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) assume overall responsibility for time, costs, quality and EHS (Environment, Health and Safety).

With the expansion of the Moscow subsidiary, ZETA now has its own engineering and project management team in Russia that specializes in the implementation of concept, basic and detailed designs through to general planning projects. “We offer an extensive portfolio of turnkey services for EPCM projects, which also includes the manufacture and delivery of customer-specific process plants. With this unique scope of services, ZETA is a key player for the pharmaceutical and biotech industry in Russia,” emphasizes subsidiary manager Christian Gabriel. "In addition, we would like to establish ourselves in the Russian market as a driver of innovation in the areas of decarbonization and CO2 reduction, digitization, vaccine production and blood plasma fractionation," stresses Gabriel.

In the past few years, ZETA has made a name for itself as a reliable and competent partner in the international market with its comprehensive services. The decisive factor for success is the integrated approach to project management. “ZETA brings all development steps of biopharmaceutical production plants under one roof, from engineering to manufacturing to automation and digitization. In this way, we reduce interfaces, which leads to a significant reduction in project lead times, cost savings and the avoidance of sources of error,” emphasizes the Technical Director of ZETA Russia, Andreas Polz.

The general planning expert Polz will also represent ZETA at the ISPE Eurasia Conference in Moscow (November 16-18, 2021). In his lecture "Design & Build Concept - Is This the Future", Polz will discuss the opportunities that arise from an integrated approach in implementation as a general planner and parallelization in material procurement, engineering and execution. Opportunities that will also be realized by the ZETA team in Moscow for the growing number of Russian customers in the future.
