The innovative solution for pure space manufacturing with
build-laterally caused insufficient return air zones the problem
definition: Ever more frequently plant farmer before problems with
spatial delimitations with new installations are placed. These
structural defaults open new chances for innovative product solutions.
The solution: On basis of its experience of many years in particle
contamination control M+W Zander Products a singular Portfolio at
standard and High Tech FFUs offers for the most diverse requirements
and Designs of today's pure space manufacturing. Thus the filters fan
unit RETURN AIR was developed by M+W Zander Products particularly for
installation situations, with which due to the build-lateral
conditions no sufficient return air zones for the circulating air for
the order. The function mode: Air is sucked in within the upper range
and prepurified - depending upon execution - over a prescreener.Within the lower range air is cleaned over a suspended matter filter
and brought vertically into the pure area. The categories of purity
5,0 to 8,0 can be obtained by production with low turbulences of a
displacement current according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 and/or M3.5 (1)
to M6.5 (100.000) to US Fed. standard 209E. Over integrated return
airducts arrived up to 50 per cent of blown out air again in the
plenum and by the fan one sucks in there. The return airducts in the
FFU are hoehenverstellbar, in order to integrate superstructures
(straight AMC filters or fine dust filters). Through particularly
developed air deflector panels at the finalconstant filter a
short-circuit of air in the pure area is avoided. The advantages:
These units for the equipment of individual jobs or also complete pure
area are suitable. By these product properties still further
advantages are obvious: The saving of double bottom height saves cash
money.Beyond that the pure area with narrower return air pits can be
realized. Likewise only relatively smaller circulating air radiators
are necessary. By the reduction of the circulating air quantities in
the return air pits additionally operating cost (TCO) is saved.
