Cheaply I want! - or nevertheless rather economically? - VDI recommendation project to the energy and cost-efficiency in the clean-room technology
Duesseldorf, 30 January 2008 -- with a usual office real estate one
must count in the year on energy costs at a value of approximately 15%
of the capital outlays. From this it can be derived fast that already
after a few years the operating cost lies much more highly than the
capital outlays. Now specific achievements are in the order of
magnitude of 100 W/qmueblich for such a office real estate, while with
a pure area rather with some kW/qm is to be gone out. Reason of enough
to take care of the topic energy costs once. Still in the clean-room
technology the production process the "holy cow" to remain and get,
which it needs. But nearly in each pure area a significant energy
Einsparpotenzial is, is it after short looking for that night-time
heating reductions are used or that the necessary controlled ranges
are optimized.Alone the ubiquitous rising costses, but also political defaults for
energy conservation do not require an argument with this topic. No
secret is more that only one view of the Cost OF Ownership or the life
cycle costs results in an applicable picture. Cheaply with the
investment can become completely beautifully expensive in the long
term in the enterprise. After a first brainstorming to an appropriate
brainstorming in the specialized committee clean-room technology of
the VDI TGA assembled on 30 January 2008 in the VDI house in
Duesseldorf the guideline committee VDI 2083 sheet 4,2, in order to
take up the topic in a VDI recommendation. Energetic cooperation with
this project as also with the other current VDI recommendation
projects  ist always welcomely.
