M+W Zander takes over parts of the business concern of the GVA building management system GmbH

Further development of the technical Facility management the M+W Zander D.I.B. Facility management GmbH, an enterprise of the M+W Zander group, successfully continues the purposeful purchase politics for the stabilization of its industrialnear building services. Yesterday (29 August 2007) in the way of an eating sales contract parts of the des Geschaeftsbetriebes GVA building management system GmbH with seat in black heath (Brandenburg) from the insolvency mass were acquired. The GVA building management system GmbH (GVA) is specialized in the trade-spreading operation and waiting of industrial plants, particularly in the ranges sanitary, heating, climate, ventilation and cold weather. Among the customers rank under other chemistry enterprises, Finanzdienstleister, airport operators and computing centres. In the past year the enterprise made a conversion of approximately 1.5 million euro. Beside the center in black heath there is a branch office in Berlin.The district court Cottbus opened on 29 August of yesterday 2007 the insolvency procedure, the sales contract could on the same day only few hours later be signed. In this connection also the existing work contracts were transferred by twelve GVA coworkers by M+W Zander. "with the assumption of the GVA business concern we continue to develop the own creation of value in the segment of the productionnear maintenance and secure at the same time Dr. Wolfgang Haefele, managing director of the MWZ avowed by the insolvency threatened jobs", participation GmbH and the M+W Zander D.I.B. For this reason we took over recently also the MBN service GmbH."
