Absolute Capital management fund takes over majority with M+W Zander group
So far the indirectly invested funds the absolute Capital Mangement
(ACM) entered now by the majority with Stuttgart technology company
the M+W Zander and from the past majority owner Springwater Capital,
London, the portions acquired. The transaction took place in two
phases. Already in February 2007 ACM acquired approximately 35.7 per
cent of the capital stock, in the last days the portions on 72,89 per
cent was supplemented. With approximately two billion euro conversion
2006 and about 8000 coworkers ranks the M+W Zander group (www.mw
zander.com) among the prominent enterprises in Baden-Wuerttemberg. The
portion package of 72,89 Prozent wurde before approximately two years
of the Jenoptik AG to the financial investor Springwater Capital
sells. The remaining portions are further at the Zander family. The
ACM (www.abcapman.com) develops thus its Portfolio also within the
range equipment construction and Facility management.ACM is one at the Londoner AIM noted fund management society and from
the independent Hedgefund Review to the best European Hedgefund group
of 2006 was explained.
