SCHMIDT® flow sensor SS 20,60 FB/high-speed sensor with 200 m/s

SCHMIDT brought a new generation out of the proven flow sensor SS 20,60, which offers completely special characteristics: Measuring range to 200 m/s, measuring range dynamics to 1 to 1,000, alignment accuracy 1% of the measured value, very medium-resistant feeler point, alternatively available with analog interfaces or with Profibus DP or DEVICE Net interface. The very high precision and the extreme measuring range dynamics owes the sensor of improved electronics as well as the alignment in the new and singular SCHMIDT pressure wind tunnel. The sensor can be supplied by the modular concept alternatively with proven analogue output or with a field bus interface. Field bus sensors relieve the superordinate instrumentation through of prepared measured values e.g..in the form of Kg/h or m3/min and give their additionally access to the sensor status, so that threshold value or measuring range excesses as well as possible defects at the sensor to the plant operator can be announced immediately. Despite extended electronics and connection technology the housing of the sensor remained very compact. The sensor ranks among the most compact flow sensors on the market. The new sensor is immediately available.
