The FDA’s audits today have a stronger usability focus, so Gerresheimer’s specially trained usability engineers work with its customers to incorporate usability considerations at an early stage of the product development process. They analyze users, use context and products that are already available in the market, interview experts, conduct user tests, draw up interaction specifications and perform many other activities.
