Ab Juni 2013 wird das Unternehmen mit seinem neuen Handelspartner in Marokko, Sopri, noch bessere und schnellere Servicedienstleistungen anbieten können – und das landesweit. Dazu wurden die Servicetechniker von Sopri neun Wochen lang intensiv im Arburg Stammhaus Loßburg/Deutschland ausgebildet. Die französische Arburg S.A.S. bleibt weiterhin in den Bereichen Vertrieb und Kundenbetreuung in Marokko aktiv, wie dies schon seit über 20 Jahren der Fall ist. Aber der Service vor Ort wird durch die neue Kooperation jetzt noch schlagkräftiger.

Als Marktführer unter den europäischen Anbietern von Spritzgießmaschinen hat das Unternehmen in Marokko einen hervorragenden Ruf. Zu den Kunden gehören Global Player ebenso wie lokale Unternehmen.

Sopri als hervorragender Partner
Um deren Betreuung, die bisher ausschließlich durch die französische Niederlassung in Paris erfolgte, noch schlagkräftiger zu gestalten, wurde mit Sopri ein passender Handelspartner gefunden: Das Unternehmen kennt als bereits seit 1978 in der Kunststoffindustrie verankertes und landesweit bekanntes marokkanisches Unternehmen in Sachen Schulung und Beratung den Markt wie nur wenige andere. Bis zu 12 Mitarbeiter sind bei Sopri in den beiden genannten Sektoren tätig.

Serviceleistungen jetzt noch effektiver
Die Servicetechniker, die künftig für Arburg aktiv sind, haben nicht nur ihre Ausbildung direkt bei dem Unternehmen in Loßburg absolviert, sondern werden auch weiterhin kontinuierlich fortgebildet, um immer auf dem neuesten technischen Stand zu bleiben. Arburg-Kunden können, und auch das ist eine Besonderheit für Marokko, über Sopri von Agadir bis Tanger, von Marrakesch bis Oujda den gleichen erstklassigen Service im gesamten Land in Anspruch nehmen.
Durch den Handelspartner vor Ort soll der Service des Unternehmens in Marokko noch schneller und effektiver werden: Service inklusive Wartung, Inbetriebnahme und Kalibrierung von Allroundern stehen jetzt genauso auf dem Dienstleistungsprogramm wie auch die Versorgung der Kunden mit Ersatzteilen aus einem zentralen Lager vor Ort in Casablanca.

Premiere auf der Plast Expo
Der erste gemeinsame Auftritt von Arburg S.A.S. mit dem Handelspartner Sopri wird auf der Plast Expo vom 19. bis 22. Juni in Casablanca stattfinden. Als erster europäischer Hersteller wird das Unternehmen dort mit einer Maschine vertreten sein. Auf dem Stand mit der Nummer 4M wird dem Messepublikum ein vertikaler Allrounder 175 V für das Umspritzen von Einlegeteilen präsentiert. Vertikalmaschinen, bei denen das Unternehmen branchenweit das breiteste Maschinenprogramm bietet, sind für Marokko sehr interessant, da das Kabelumspritzen einen wichtigen Stellenwert in der Kunststoffverarbeitung einnimmt.

Arburg in Morocco: improves service with trading partner Sopri

As of June 2013, the company will offer better and faster service support throughout Morocco with its new trade partner Sopri. For this purpose, a nine-week intensive training course was held for Sopri’s service technicians at Arburg’s headquarters in Lossburg/Germany. French subsidiary Arburg S.A.S. will maintain its activities in the areas of sales and customer support in Morocco, as it has done for over 20 years. But this new cooperation will be even more effective on-site service.

As the market leader among European injection moulding machines suppliers, the company enjoys an excellent reputation in Morocco. Its customers include both global players and local businesses.

Sopri proves itself an excellent partner
A suitable trading partner was sought, which would be able to offer even more effective support than was previously provided on an exclusive basis by the French subsidiary in Paris. That partner was found in Sopri: Already established in the plastics industry since 1978, and a well-known name throughout the country with regard to training and consulting, the Moroccan company has unique knowledge of the market. Sopri employs a staff of up to 12 employees in both of the above-mentioned sectors.

Even more effective service
The service technicians who will work on Arburg’s behalf in the future have not only completed their training directly at Arburg in Lossburg, but will also receive ongoing further training to ensure that they keep up with the latest technical developments. Arburg customers can rely on the same level of top-class service through Sopri everywhere in the country, from Agadir to Tangier and from Marrakesh to Oujda, which is also something quite unique for Morocco.
Through this local trading partner, the company intends to make its service in Morocco even faster and more effective: Service, including the maintenance, commissioning and calibration of Allrounders, is just as much part of the programme as the supply of spare parts to customer from a central warehouse in Casablanca.

Debut at Plast Expo
The first joint appearance by Arburg S.A.S. and the trading partner Sopri will take place at the Plast Expo to be held from 19 to 22 June in Casablanca. The company will be the first European manufacturer to be represented with a machine at this trade fair. Visitors will have the opportunity to see a vertical Allrounder 175 V for overmoulding inserts at stand 4M. The company offers the widest range of vertical machines in the industry, a segment that is extremely interesting for Morocco as cable overmoulding is significant in the local plastics processing industry.
