At the end of October 2024, SynapticaOS, the revolutionary software platform from the ASYS Group, was presented for the first time at the ASYS Group Technology Days.

SynapticaOS sets new standards in Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM). The platform combines the functions of an MES with advanced solutions for production and material flow optimization. It impresses with its intuitive operation, which is reminiscent of consumer software, and enables rapid implementation without extensive training.

Thanks to seamless data availability, real-time monitoring and centralized management, SynapticaOS sustainably increases the efficiency of modern production environments. At the heart of the platform is the Layout Editor, which enables seamless integration of machines, intuitive creation of shopfloor layouts and clear definition of work areas.

The platform also scores points with innovative modules such as the ASYS Performance Monitor for real-time analyses, the Task Manager for optimizing human-machine communication, and future-proof machine integration through standards such as Hermes and IPC CFX. Material flow management is also raised to a new level: Real-time tracking, autonomous replenishment solutions and flexible order planning ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.

Long-term reliability thanks to state-of-the-art technology

SynapticaOS is based on Apple devices and offers a stable, long-lasting solution for mobile requirements. System tools for backups, updates and cyber security ensure infrastructure protection and easy app distribution via the Apple App Store.

With the ASYS Beta Software Program, the ASYS Group invites users to actively participate in the further development of the platform. By testing pre-release versions and providing feedback, customers can help shape the software and adapt it optimally to their needs.
