Mit der neuen SIGMASOFT® Autonomous Optimization wird der Einfluss von Prozessparametern und Materialauswahl auf die Bauteilqualität leicht bewertet. Für eine LSR Anwendung sind alle möglichen Kombinationen von Prozesseinstellungen und Material sowie deren Einfluss auf den Vernetzungsgrad des Bauteils dargestellt.

Bei der Bewertung können leicht weitere Beschränkungen der Einstellungen oder Zielgrößen vorgenommen werden, um die optimale Lösung zu finden. Im Fall der LSR Anwendung wurde hier das optimale Prozessfenster für ein spezielles Material und einen minimal zu erreichenden Vernetzungsgrad festgelegt.

With the new SIGMASOFT® Autonomous Optimization tool, the effect of process parameters and material selection on part quality can be easily assessed. The image shows all possible combinations of process parameters and material for a LSR application and their effect on the curing degree of the part.

In the assessment, it is easy to make further restrictions to the parameters and goals to find the optimum solution or as in the case of the LSR application the optimum process window for a specific material and a minimum required curing degree.
