Der tragbare Partikelzähler PAMAS S40 misst den Verschmutzungsgrad von Flüssigkeiten online oder offline. Für eine Onlinemessung wird das Gerät an ein laufendes System angeschlossen, wo es die Reinheitskontrolle der Betriebsflüssigkeit (z.B. Hydrauliköl) direkt vor Ort vornimmt. Offlinemessungen aus Probenflaschen sind ebenfalls möglich. Der Partikelzähler ist in zahlreichen Produktvarianten für die Analyse von Öl, Treibstoff, Skydrol® oder wasserbasierte Flüssigkeiten erhältlich. For online sampling, the instrument is integrated into a system in operation, so the operating fluid (e.g. hydraulic oil) can be analysed directly on site. Das Messergebnis der Software PAMAS USP zeigt, ob die Reinheitskriterien nach USP 787 (Partikelmessung von therapeutischen Proteinlösungen), USP 788 (Partikelmessung von Injektionslösungen) oder USP 789 (Partikelmessung von ophthalmischen Lösungen) erfüllt sind. Der automatische Partikelzähler Pamas WaterViewer eignet sich für die kontinuierliche Qualitätskontrolle von Wasser. Die Messung erfolgt online während des Betriebs. Das Analysesystem ist bei vielen Anwendern seit Jahren erfolgreich im Einsatz und wird für die Reinheitskontrolle von Trinkwasser, Industriewasser, Abwasser oder Rohwasser verwendet. Zahlreiche Hochschulen in Europa setzen das Gerät zudem in der Forschung zur Trinkwasseraufbereitung ein. / The Pamas WaterViewer is designed for continuous water quality control. The instrument measures online during operation. For many years, this analysing system is being successfully used for the cleanliness control of potable water, process water, waste water or raw water. At numerous universities in Europe, the device is also used for scientific research on water treatment.

Das automatische Partikelzählsystem Pamas WaterViewer ist für Wasseranwendungen konzipiert und hat sich bei der Partikelanalyse von Trinkwasser, Rohwasser, Industriewasser und Abwasser bewährt. Die Messung erfolgt online und kontinuierlich während des Betriebs. Sobald zuvor definierte Grenzwerte überschritten werden, schlägt das Gerät sofort Alarm. Mit der optional erhältlichen Multiplexer-Einheit kann der WaterViewer an bis zu 32 Messstellen angeschlossen werden und auf diese Weise bis zu 32 Messpunkte überwachen. / The Pamas WaterViewer is an automatic particle counting system designed for water applications. The instrument has been tried, tested and trusted for particle analysis of potable water, raw water, process water and waste water. For continuous condition monitoring, the measurement is performed online during operation. The online particle counter gives instantaneously alerts if pre-defined limits are exceeded. With the aid of the optional Multiplexer unit, the device may be connected to up to 32 measuring points and thus is able to monitor up to 32 waterlines.

With the aid of the DQ value, Pamas tested the measuring repeatability of the PAMAS SBSS particle counting system. The test results can be seen in the table: The results of five measurements of the same sample are given in absolute counts. The table also shows the corresponding DQ value in percentage.

Anhand des DQ-Wertes untersuchte das Unternehmen die Reproduzierbarkeit von Messungen mit dem Partikelanalysesystem Pamas SBSS. Die Tabelle zeigt die Messdaten von fünf Messungen derselben Probe und den zugehörigen Wert für DQ.

Wegen seiner Messgenauigkeit und Reproduzierbarkeit wird das Partikelanalysesystem Pamas SBSS von renommierten Laboren geschätzt. Als Referenzgerät wird es auch von Herstellern anderer Partikelzähler zur Überprüfung der Kalibrierung verwendet.
