Our many years of experience and broad expertise guarantee the realization of Controlled Environment facilities, such as (GMP) cleanrooms and (containment) laboratories, that meet your desired classification, standards, regulations and preconditions down to the last detail. We have been doing this for over 30 years for clients in the High-tech, Bio- & Life Science and Healthcare sectors, among others. This gives us the opportunity to draw on a broad spectrum of accumulated knowledge and experience and to always find innovative solutions to the various challenges during the design and engineering process as well as the realization of turnkey projects!

From assisting in drafting the URS (User Requirements Specifications) to implementing a complete design and engineering process is what we offer. The design process nowadays requires a Risk Based Approach, i.e. close teamwork with the stakeholders involved. The engineering process is carried out based on the well-known (ISPE) V-model and completed with the plan for the commissioning (Cx) and qualification (OQ) process.

If necessary, we make a Point-Cloud 3D scan prior to the engineering process to get an insight into every detail of the building. We then start with a sketch design drawn in AutoCAD. Eventually, during the engineering process, this develops into a final 3D Revit model. Together with our partners, we use this model to do clash sessions and to optimally compose our demarcation list.
Finally, based on the output from the Revit model, our orders can be sent out. In our production facilities, the modules are then produced to millimeter accuracy to ensure fast and completely correct assembly of the prefabricated parts.

Since 2024, we have been working with the addition of a broad spectrum of information in the BIM model using our QR LINK concept. Using QR codes, it is possible to view or download product sheets, maintenance and cleaning instructions, detail drawings or test reports behind each model part, among others.
